LAMYLEC and MILLIBULLES :
Single-Size Bubbles Generation

We developed perfectly calibrated microbubbles and bubbles generators, with adjustable bubble sizes and production rates:

• LAMYLEC which generates single-size microbubbles
• MILLIBULLES which generates single-size millimetric bubbles at high or low frequency

LAMYLEC:

Our LAMYLEC injectors are dedicated to the generation of trains of perfectly calibrated microbubbles, with adjustable bubble sizes and production rates.

These devices are mainly dedicated to very specific laboratory applications, such as:

• calibration of measurement techniques and microbubble detection sensors
• cavitation nuclei seeding
• interaction of microbubbles with flat or textured solid surfaces, or with liquid-gas interface

Depending on size of LAMYLEC, microbubbles sizes can be easily adjusted from 40 to 400 µm (not restrictive).

If required, YLEC proposes:

• A specific design study of implementation with lab set-up
• Calibration certificate (for water and air)

MILLIBULLES HF and LF:

MILLIBULLES is a millimetric bubbles injector which generates perfectly calibrated millimetric bubbles (higher than 1 mm), with controlled production rates at:

• Low Frequency (from 0.1 to 4 bubbles/s)
• High Frequency (greater than 1 bubble/s).

No liquid pump is required to generate bubbles, only a pressure gas source is needed.
